Device Check-Ins

Device check-ins confirm that everyone in your organization still has access to their registered device. They also create a record of device ownership — something regulators or insurers may require to verify chain of custody for security compliance.

Getting Notified

When check-ins are enabled for your organization, you'll get an automated email from Station70 with a link to log in and complete the process.

How to Check In

  1. Open the email from Station70 and click the link to log in
  2. A Check-In Required pop-up will appear — click Check-In Now
  3. Connect your YubiKey to your device
  4. Enter your YubiKey PIN when prompted
  5. Tap your YubiKey to complete authentication

That's it — once confirmed, your check-in is complete.

Tip: If you accidentally close the pop-up, just refresh the page to bring it back, or go to your Action Items page.
