I don't have a YubiKey — how do I get one?

You can purchase one from the YubiCo Store. We recommend the 5C, but any device from our

Approved List of Authentication Devices will work — choose whichever fits you and your team best.

I know my PIN, but I want to change it.

That's possible — follow YubiCo's steps in this guide.

I forgot my PIN — now what?

You have 8 attempts to enter it correctly. After that, your PIN will need to be reset using the YubiKey Manager application. Full reset instructions are available here.

Please note: If you reset your PIN, you won't be able to approve a recovery — but you'll still be able to initiate one.
