How to Request Your Fireblocks Backup

If you use Fireblocks as your wallet provider, here's how to get your backup requested, delivered, and secured with Station70.

Step 1: Request the Backup from Fireblocks

  1. Log in to Fireblocks
  2. Go to the Fireblocks Support Center
  3. Request that a Backup Package be sent to your Station70 account

Tip: You can also request Fireblocks to push over your Testnet backup. This is a free backup that we will store for you to test an end-to-end recovery.

Step 2: Complete the Request in Station70

Fireblocks typically delivers the Backup Package within about 24 hours. Once the process begins, the Fireblocks workspace owner will receive a notification to sign off on the transfer. Without this signoff, we will not receive the full backup material.

Step 3: Enroll Your Backup

Once your backup lands in your Station70 account, you'll see an Action Item prompting you to enroll it. Select it and follow the on-screen instructions — this is the step that completes your onboarding and secures your backup. For additional information, head over to How to Enroll your Backup.
