Setting Up SWAT
This guide walks you through linking your accounts so you're ready to perform a SWAT transfer.
Note: SWAT currently supports Fireblocks as your source (primary) wallet. The steps below reflect that — contact Support if your setup differs.
Step 1: Link Your Primary Wallet (SWAT Source)
1.1 Get Started
Contact Support@Station70.com to request that we add a Standby account. We'll notify you once the request has been created.
1.2 Add a Station70 API User
- Log in to your Station70 dashboard
- Go to Wallet Connections
- Select the unlinked Primary Wallet backup unit
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add a Station70 API User
- Download the CSR (Certificate Signing Request) file provided
1.3 Add the API User in Fireblocks
- Log in to your Fireblocks console
- Add a new user and select API User
- Provide:
- A name for the user — "Station70 API User"
- Role: Viewer
- Upload the CSR file from Station70
- Have the account owner approve the new user in the Fireblocks mobile app
1.4 Complete the Link
- Copy the API User ID generated by Fireblocks
- Return to Station70 and paste the ID
- Click Save
Expected result: Status shows Linked, and your vault accounts and wallets auto-populate.
Step 2: Create Your Standby Backup Unit (SWAT Destination)
Steps below are for Fordefi. If your Standby Wallet is with Utila, contact Support for the equivalent steps.
2.1 Link the Standby Wallet Unit
- In Station70, go to Wallet Connections
- Select the unlinked Standby Wallet unit
2.2 Create a Station70 API User in Fordefi
- Log in to your Fordefi console
- Add a new user, and select API User
- Copy the API Key provided
- Close the creation window
2.3 Complete the Link in Station70
- Paste the API Key into Station70
- Click Save
Expected result: Status updates to Linked.
