How to Perform a SWAT Transfer

Step 1: Initiate the Transfer

  1. In Station70, select the backup package you want to transfer
  2. Click Entire Workspace Recovery
  3. Choose Transfer Package

Step 2: Select Your Standby Unit

Choose your Standby Backup Unit from the list.

Don't see your unit? Make sure:

  • You have an unused Standby Wallet unit
  • It hasn't already received a SWAT transfer
  • Its status shows Standby

Step 3: Finalize the Transfer

  1. Initiate the recovery
  2. Complete the required approvals:
    • Enterprise approval threshold
    • Station70 operator approval

Your package will move to Processing, then Pending Passphrase.

Next step: Wait for the passphrase prompt to complete final recovery.

Troubleshooting

SWAT transfer failed? This usually happens if the Station70 API user was removed. Make sure the API user is active and approved in your account with your wallet provider — removing it will cause the transfer to fail.
